With Arca EventTracker you can...

• manage a user database
• manage groups of users
• create new events for a specific group
• send an individual invitation e-mail to all members of an event
• by a simple click in the invitation e-mail, the members can accept the invitation. No password is needed for that, since the e-mail contains an individual security token.
• track the current registrations for a specific event
• members can withdraw or renew their registration until a defined point of time
• the platform is protected by password authentication

By using Arca EventTracker it is very easy to organize events for a group of people. Simply enter the event in Arca EventTracker, select a group of members you want to invite and press the send button. Arca EventTracker sends an individual e-mail invitation to every member. If the member accepts the invitation, he clicks a link in the e-mail message. This click registers his registration for the event in the database. Other users that log in to Arca EventTracker can see the state of the current registrations. They see who has already joined the event. Usually the organizer of an event has a bunch of mail traffic of registratinos and withdraws. This is a very annoying job which is now taken on by Arca EventTracker.
